Booking Confirmation:
Reservation requires a valid credit card to be verified by the third-party Jingliu platform (Newebpay LANxin) to pay the deposit. After completing the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email or Line message containing the booking details.
Cancellation and modification:
You can modify or cancel your reservation according to the specific cancellation policy during the reservation process. Please see your booking confirmation email or contact our customer service for more details.
No show:
If the guest fails to arrive on the booked check-in date with advance notice, it will be regarded as a no-show and no refund will be given according to the reservation policy.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in time starts from [insert check-in time] and check-out time is before [insert check-out time]. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to B&B regulations and may incur additional charges.
*If you apply for a refund 14 days before the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, 70% of the deposit will be refunded 13-10 days before the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded 9-7 days before the stay, 40% of the deposit will be refunded 6-4 days before the stay, and 40% will be refunded 3-2 days before the stay. 30% deposit, 20% refundable 1 day in advance, no refund if canceled on the day of stay. *
Room occupancy:
The maximum occupancy of each room type is clearly specified during the booking process. Additional charges may apply for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy.
