Check-in time: You can check in after 15:00 to 20:00 (no later).

Check out time: before 11:00.

Late check-out will be charged an additional 150 yuan every 15 minutes, and so on.

Smoking is completely prohibited in the B&B (including balconies); violation of the regulations will result in a fine of NT$10,000 in accordance with local laws.

It is strictly prohibited to use fireworks, firecrackers, barbecue, or cook food inside and outside the B&B.

 Drug use, alcohol abuse, gambling, loud noises, making trouble, and any illegal behavior are prohibited. If there are any violations, the hotel reserves the right to terminate housing rights and demand compensation, and will call the police.

For extended stays, we will not take the initiative to enter the room the next day to change towels or clean up the trash in the room. Please inform yourself if you need to change towels or clean out the trash.

Luggage storage is provided. Please keep your valuables by yourself. The hotel will not be responsible for the storage.

To maintain the tranquility of the accommodation, please do not allow children to run around or make loud noises.

The area around the residence is quiet. After 22:00, please lower the volume and refrain from making loud noises to avoid affecting the rights of other passengers.

Please inform the correct number of guests in advance. You are not allowed to increase the number of guests on the same day. If there is any violation, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay on that day without refunding the deposit.

If there are not enough people coming on the day, the number of rooms and room rate at the time of booking will still be calculated.

If you have visitors, please inform the hotel in advance; visitors must leave the hotel before 22:00; visitors can only make appointments in the living room.

Open equipment, including refrigerators and water dispensers, please help clean up after use.

In response to energy conservation and carbon reduction, please turn off lights and electrical appliances.

If the key is lost or damaged, a production fee of 100 yuan will be charged. If the magnetic card is lost, an additional 200 yuan will be charged.

Please do not move, destroy or take away the equipment and items in the room. If there is any damage or loss, you will be compensated according to the price.

If you have pets staying with you, please take care of them yourself to avoid damaging all facilities in the B&B, and please avoid disturbing other guests.
